Terms & Conditions
1.1 The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as ”you”) with DUES SABATES SL [CIF: B66312844], hereinafter referred to as “Deux Souliers”, “DS”, ”us ” or ”we”, at the Deux Souliers website and mobile website (jointly referred to as  ”deuxsouliers.com”).

1.2 By acessing or using deuxsouliers.com and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the ”Terms”). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order or navigating the website.

1.3 Only persons 18 years or older, who are not under guardianship, with a residential address can place an order.

1.4 The inclusion of any products or services on deuxsouliers.com at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

1.5 We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on deuxsouliers.com at the time you place your order.

2. Prices and delivery charges
2.1 The prices displayed at deuxsouliers.com include the statutory Value Added Tax but do not include a delivery charge. If the VAT rate applicable on the date of the order is changed after the order has been made, the change will be reflected in the price of items without you being notified.

2.2 The delivery charge for each order will be the same, regardless of the size or weight of your order. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries.

3.1 Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation.

4. Delivery
4.1 Deux Souliers exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavour to deliver your order to a residential address. We deliver all our parcels with TNT, DHL and MRW.

4.2 Deux Souliers endeavours to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. We aim to deliver within 2 to 7 working days following confirmation of an order, unless otherwise agreed. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events.

4.3 Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details.

5.  Withdrawal of order
5.1 You may return or exchange your order 15 days after you receipt the ordered items.

If you have been charged for the items, you will receive a refund which will include Deux Souliers standard delivery costs and exclude the cost of the return of the items to Deux Souliers. You can choose either to ship your items back on your own using any trackable method, at your expense, or ask us to arrange a parcel collection for you. The cost of this parcel collection will be deducted from your refund.  Please take note that the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.

5.2 If you wish to return or exchange your order, please provide us with notice in writing via email to hola@deuxsouliers.comwithin the 5 day period set forth in section 5.1 above. We will provide a refund attempting to use the same method used to make the payment as soon as possible and within 30 days of receiving the items.

If the item you have received is defective, please notify Deux Souliers promptly and return the item in accordance with section 6 (Returns) below. Deux Souliers will, for any products deemed defective, provide a full refund if they can’t be exchanged or repaired. The provisions set forth herein do not limit any applicable statutory rights.
6. Returns
6.1 Deux Souliers guarantees a full refund or if you prefer, to replace any returned items in accordance with section 5 (Withdrawal of Order), provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact.

All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Shoes should always be returned in the same box they were delivered, and the shoe box must be protected and put inside a solid cardboard box, preferably the original packaging. Shoes returned without the box may not be fully refunded.

The products sold under the specification of “Sample Market” item, include production and press samples, these may have slight defects and may have been worn for tradeshows or photoshoots. The return, exchange or refund for these items will be determined for each case.

7. Payment methods
You can pay for your goods in various ways as set out below.

7.1 Credit card or debit card

You can enter your payment details at the time you place your order using a valid credit or debit card (VISA or Mastercard). The applicable amount will immediately be reserved on your card but will not be debited until the goods are dispatched. Deux Souliers reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, its credit status in relation to the order value and whether the address data of the purchaser is correct. We may refuse orders depending on the result of these checks. All payments are
processed through Stripe.
8. Our liability
8.1 Deux Souliers is not responsible for indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity; or for failure to deliver the goods or to meet any of our other obligations under these Terms where such failure is due to an event that is beyond our reasonable control, which includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident and terrorist activity.

8.2 Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on deuxsouliers com shall be limited to the total price of your order.
9. Colours
9.1 We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colours. The colour you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours.
10. Guarantee
10.1 If there are defects in the goods you have purchased, Deux Souliers abides by all statutory guarantee regulations. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please contact us at hola@deuxsouliers.com.

You will get a full refund (excluding shipping cost) if we can’t repair or exchange the item you bought.

Please note that after 6 months of use, faulty items can’t be considered as damaged goods.

10. Severance
10.1 If any part of these Terms is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other Terms shall continue to apply.
